Meditation retreat at Na Uyana for the time being

Thursday, 7 January 2010: I shall be out of contact with everyone for around two months while I do a meditation retreat at Na Uyana Monastery.

I was distracted for a few years and did not posted many blogs. I shall try to post more regularly. Posting is for my own benefit as much as anyone's. I learn a lot from researching, reflecting and writing these posts.

Tip for followers - subscription. You can subscribe to this blog using an RSS reader such as Google Reader without necessarily setting yourself up to be a "follower" or sign up to be a "member". Perhaps others do this already... Of course there is nothing wrong with subscribing to the blog by signing in as a member.
