confirmed confidence in the Buddha
confirmed confidence in the Dhamma
confirmed confidence in the Sangha of Ariyapuggala (noble ones - enlightened beings)
possess the virtues (Siila) dear to the noble ones, unbroken, untorn, unblemished, unmottled, freeing, praised by the wise, ungrasped, leading to concentration.

I was distracted for a few years and did not posted many blogs. I shall try to post more regularly. Posting is for my own benefit as much as anyone's. I learn a lot from researching, reflecting and writing these posts.
